摘要
为改善反应器的性能,分析了影响选择性催化还原(SCR)反应器性能的因素及其关系,阐明了流场均匀性对提高SCR反应器运行性能的重要性,指出优化流场是提高SCR反应器性能的有效措施.以一台660MW机组为例,对其SCR反应器入口烟道和反应器导流部件进行了模拟优化设计,得出了流场优化设计布置方案.结果表明:通过优化布置,可以提高喷氨格栅(AIG)截面和催化剂入口截面速度分布的均匀性,从而改善SCR反应器的运行性能.
In order to improve denitrification performance of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) reactors,factors influencing the performance and how these factors function were analyzed.For performance improvement of SCR reactors,the importance of flow field uniformity was stressed and the way of flow field optimization was believed to effective.Taking a 660 MW power unit as an example,simulation optimization was carried out on design of the SCR reactor's inlet flue duct and guide vanes,based on which optimized flow field design obtained.Results show that the optimized design may help to raise the velocity uniformity at both the ammonia-injection grid(AIG) section and the catalyst inlet section,which is believed to be beneficial to performance improvement of SCR reactors.
