摘要
以600 MW电厂选择性催化还原反应器中导流板为研究对象,采用Fluent软件,对反应器内三种不同形态导流板进行反应器内流场的数值模拟,得出较合适的导流板形态及流场;同时还对在反应器内加入整流器前后的流场进行了比较。
The research was based on guide plates in selective catalytic reduction denitrification reactor of 600 MW power plant. Three different shapes of guide plates were simulated by using Fluent. The appropriate shapes of guide plates and reasonable flow in SCR reactor were obtained. The flow straightener was added in SCR reactor in order to improve the flow.
