摘要
智能降尘控制器有4个浓度档位可供用户进行设置选择,采用多档回滞电路实现控制器可在不同的浓度范围内工作,每一个档位有各自的开关机浓度阈值。控制器的输出采用继电器方式,便于驱动不同的降尘设备。另设置有红外传感器,可实时监测现场有无行人经过,如果有人经过,就会自动关闭降尘设备,从而实现智能控制。通过现场运行测试,达到了预期的功能。
A multi - threshold controller for reducing dust is designed, the four consistency range can be chosen by user. The multi -threshold hysteresis circuit is used to achieve the operation in different consistency range, and every range has its on- off threshold. The relay model is adopted for output of controller, easy to drive different equipment for reducing dust. There are another set of infrared sensors, Real - time monitoring of on - site availability of pedestrians,it will auto-matically shut down if someone pass the equipment, in order to achieve intelligent control. Through testing and running in the filed, the functions expected are fulfilled.
