摘要
本文详细介绍了比较电路工作特点,分析了开环比较电路在高频噪声干扰环境中不稳定工作的原因。为了克服开环比较电路因噪声信号引起的多重触发,噪声环境中的比较电路设计宜引入正反馈采用迟滞比较电路。进而阐述了迟滞比较电路在双、单电源供电条件下的设计原理,并通过电路仿真验证了上述理论。用一个工程实践中的例子从应用角度说明了迟滞比较电路的设计过程,其结果提高了原高速单脉冲激光光电探测系统的稳定性,更有利于与后级数字电路接口。
This paper gives a particular introduction about comparing circuit, and presents the reasons why the open-loop comparing circuit could not operate stably in a condition full of high-speed noise. In case of multiple transitions caused by noise, it is an efficient way to use positive feedback to introduce a small amount of hysteresis when designing comparing circuit. It also gives a detailed analysis of designing the comparing circuit with hysteresis with dual supplies or single-supply. The following circuit simulations verify this principle. The example in practice illuminates the course of designing the circuit. The result that the comparing circuit with hysteresis improves the stability in the single laser burst optoelectronic detecting system, and is morepropitious tointerface with the following digital circuit.
