摘要
文章根据高速公路的特点,并遵循评价指标选取的原则和方法,从高速公路的区域经济发展、区域资源开发和区域社会发展等3个方面构建了高速公路社会经济评价的指标体系。并以此为基础建立了多级模糊综合评价模型,以耒宜高速公路为例,验证了采用多级模糊综合评判法对高速公路社会经济影响评价的可行性和实用性。
Based on the characteristics of expressway, the principle and methods of the selection of evaluation indexes, this paper builds evaluation index system for society and economy of expressway from the development of the regional economy, exploiting regional natural resourct~ and the development of the regional society and based on this builds fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and takes Leiyi expressway as an example to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of this method in expressway＇s society and economy impact evaluation.
