摘要
高校与区域产业发展之间的关系是推动区域经济发展和创新体系形成的重要因素,然而学术界对两者之间该形成怎么样的互动关系并没有定论。文章在以往研究的基础上,构建以高校为主体的区域创新网络,提出强弱关系通过创新网络对高校和区域产业不同发展阶段的关系影响。通过硅谷电子工业产业和台湾新竹工业园作为案例分析,得出以下推论:在产业发展初始阶段,高校与区域产业发展之间的弱关系在创新网络中形成探索式创新模式有利于产业发展;强关系在创新网络中形成利用式创新模式有利于产业发展。在产业发展成熟阶段,强弱关系并存而形成的探索式与利用式创新两种模式有利于产业发展。并在此基础上提出我国高校对促进产业发展的建议。
The universities and regional industry development is an important factor for regional economic development and innovation system.But in academic world,what is the interactive relationship is an open question.Based on past research,this paper constructs the regional innovation network with university as principal part,and suggests the technological innovation network impacts the different stages of universities and regional industry relationship.With the Silicon Valley electronics industry and industrial park in Hsinchu,Taiwan,as a case study,the paper reaches the conclusion,on which we present the proposal to promote industrial development.
