摘要
以我国代建制的现状为基础,阐述了代建人在工程实施过程中寻租的条件和原因,并提出了防范代建人寻租行为的措施,以期抑制代建人在管理过程中的寻租行为,从而最大限度提高代建制社会效益。
On the basis of the present situation of Chinese agent system,this paper explains rent-seeking conditions and causes in the process of construction project implementation,and proposes measures to prevent rent-seeking behavior to inhibit the rent-seeking behavior in the construction management,in order to maximize the social benefits of agent system.
