摘要
以经济人的收益——成本分析为基础,从正式制度和非正式制度两方面论述了防范代建制寻租风险的措施,包括:提高进入门槛、公平交易方式、严格合同管理、正确荣辱观念。
Based on the return-cost analysis of economical person, this paper discusses the measures guarding a- gainst the risk of agent-construction system in the government investment project from formal and informal institu- tions, including enhancement of entering threshold, fair deal way, strict contract management and correct honor and disgrace concept.
