摘要
叙述采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18和紫外检测器分离测定53%苯噻酰草胺和苄嘧磺隆。结果表明,其标准偏差分别为0.200和0.075,变异系数为0.039%和0.80%,回收率为99.8%和99.6%,线性相关系数为0.9999和0.9999。
Packed with C18 column and used the UV detector. 53% mefenacet and bensulfuron -methyl were determinated by reversed phase HPLC, The results showed that the standard deviation of mefenacet and bensulfuron - methyl were 0.200 and 0.075, the coefficient of variation were 0.039% and 0.80%, the average recovery were 99.8% and 99.6%, and linear correlation were 0. 9999 and 0.9999.
