摘要
衡阳是一个具有深厚历史文化资源的历史文化名城,有中国古代四大发明的"蔡伦造纸";有哲学思想五百年来第一人"王船山";有文明奥区"天下南岳";有远近闻名的"衡州窑"……可谓文化历史悠久,文化特色突出,文化资源丰富。在当今文化经济化,经济文化一体化的国际发展潮流下,如何发挥好这一宝贵文化资源,把资源发展成产业,便是衡阳重新崛起的重要战略手段。
Hengyang is a history-honored city, which boasts Cai Lun＇s advievement in papermaking improvement, Wang Chuanshan; one of Chinese philosophic gurus; Nanyue Mountain; and famous Hengzhou yao. In the context of cultural economiconization and integratation of economy and culture, the solution to Hengyang＇s renaissance is to turn Hengyang＇s local civilization into industries.
