摘要
利川莼菜为湖北省首批国家原产地域产品(即国家地理标志产品),迄今仍是国内唯一的莼菜类国家地理标志产品。介绍了利川莼菜的地理标志产品保护范围、质量技术要求、地理标志产品专用标志使用等现状,分析与讨论其地理标志保护存在的主要问题,如保护地域范围限定的太小、地理标志产品专用标志的使用企业太少、原产地域地球化学指纹识别技术尚未建立、产品的文化色彩不十分显著、未注册地理标志商标"利川莼菜"等,并提出了相应的几点建议。
Brasenia schreberi is a valuable aquatic vegetable. Lichuan Brasenia schreberi is the first national product of geographical indication in Hubei Province. Its geographical scope of protection, requirements of technical quality, the use of special signs of geographical indication, such as the status were introduced. The main problems of its protection are also analyzed, including that it is too small that the limited geographical scope of protection; there is only one enterprise to use the special sign of geographical indication; it has not yet been established that the geochemical fingerprint recognition technology of geographical origin; it is not very significant that the culture of geographical indication; the trademark of ge- ographical indication ＂Lichuan Brasenia schreberi＂ is not registered. And the corresponding proposals are put forward.
