摘要
以熔喷非织造布纺丝模头为研究对象,在比较T形流道、鱼尾形流道和衣架形流道3种设计方法基础上,得出了衣架形流道最符合宽幅熔喷非织造布生产工艺要求的结论,并且给出了几何尺寸的设计公式。利用ANSYS对聚合物熔体在流道的流动过程进行压力和流速分布模拟。仿真结果表明,衣架形模头流道完全符合设计要求。
The spinning die of melt-blown nonwoven fabric is studied in this paper.By comparing the T-channel with the fish-tail channel and the coat-hanger channel,we draw the conclusion that the coat-hanger channel conforms to the production technological requirement of melt-blown nonwoven fabric.Then,the formula of the coat-hanger channel geometry size is derived.For further confirming the coat-hanger channel design,the pressure and rate of flow process of polymer-melt in the channel are simulated by ANSYS.The result indicates that the coat-hanger die channel conforms to the design requirement perfectly.The design of coat-hanger channel for melt-blown spinning die,is helpful for designing the geometry size of wide spinning die channels.
