Parametric study of improving PLA melt index using Taguchi method

摘要 使用聚乳酸作为熔喷非织造布原料需在保持其分子量及分子量分布的情况下提高其流动性。本文使用Taguchi法研究了FP树脂含量、共混时间、熔融保温时间对聚乳酸材料熔融指数的影响。研究表明,增加FP含量与用裂解法降低PLA分子量相比,更适合用作提高PLA改性树脂熔融指数。 The melt index values of PLA need to be improved to meet the needs of meltblown process.Taguchi design of experiment technique was conducted to investigate the influence of FP contents,melt blending time and isothermal time during testing on the improving of melt index of PLA resin.The ANOVA results indicates that blending more high MI resin,FP into PLA resins is a better way to improves the melt index than degrading PLA chains.
