摘要
针对筛管完井的水平井在堵水过程中水平段容易被污染的问题,研制了一种新型的地下交联树脂型暂堵凝胶,施工时先挤入暂堵凝胶将水平段非目的层进行保护,迫使堵剂进入目的层,作业结束后72h暂堵凝胶会自动破胶,使水平段的非目的层恢复原来的物性,从而达到保护水平段的目的。2008年对彩南油田筛管完井的4口水平井在堵水过程中采取了暂堵工艺,并取得了成功,其中两口井降水增油效果明显,CHW04水平井含水由97.5%最低降到51%,CHW16水平井含水由82.9%最低降到41.6%,截止2009年9月这两口井累计增油1300余吨。
In view of the pollution in horizontal wells in the process of water plugging for slotted pipe completion,a kind of new subsurface gelling risen temporary blocking agent was developed. The temporary blocking gel was first squeezed into the formation to protect the non-target zones in the horizontal sections to force the blocking agent coming into the ,the diversion gel is pushed in non-target zones to protect the horizontal sections,after 72 hs of operation,the agent would be automatically broken therefore the physical property in non-target zones would be recovered to the original one for the purpose of protecting the horizontal sections .In 2008,temporary blocking technique was used in 4 horizontal wells of slotted pipe completion and better result was obtained in 2 wells. Water cut is reduced from 97.5% to 51% in Horizontal Well CHWO4 and it is reduced from 82.9%to 41.6% in Horizontal Well CHW16.By the end of Sept.2009,the accumulated oil increment was 1300 t in the 2 wells.
