摘要
以鄂钢转炉自调螺栓型转炉联接装置为研究对象,应用三维建模技术和有限元法,建立了自调螺栓的三维有限元模型,并结合实际生产确定各种工况下的主要载荷及其变化规律,进行了初步分析和探讨,提出结构优化措施,为连接装置的设计提供参考。
Oxygen top-blow converter is the main equipment in steel making. Because the support system of converter bears' total weight of the converter and its accessories,and it transfers tilting torque from tilting mechanism to converter,it is the most important part of converter machinery. The joint equipment which links the converter with the support ring is the key part in the support system,and its work reliability decides the security and economy of steel production. The joint equipment of self-adjust bolt has the advantages of heavy-load bear capacity and simple structure,so it's the most important part of converter machinery. The model of self-adjusting bolt is built,and then the numerical simulation is carried by using CAE technology. Firstly the three-dimension finite model of self-adjusting bolt is built,and the most dangerous place is got based on kinematical and mechanical analysis. Then stress analysis of self-adjusting bolt is done,it indicates there is the most maximum stress. Finally some optimization measures should be made to increase the reserve strength and fully meet the production requirements.
