摘要
随着社会经济的发展,出现了一种新的教育模式——寄宿制学校,如何对寄宿学生进行教育给班主任提出了更高的要求。他们不仅要管理好学生的学习还要为留守儿童创设温馨的生活环境、培养学生的各种能力,通过使用科学的教育方法,保证学生在校安全、健康、快乐地学习和生活。
With the development of social economy, a new mode of education--boarding schools--appears. How to educate the boarding student is a higher demand to the class teacher.They need not only to manage student learning, but also to create a warm environment for children.They are required to bring up students with various abilities, ensure their safe, healthy, happy stay for learning and living in schools by using of scientific education methods.
