摘要
国防生心理素质培养应以改革为动力,围绕"一个中心",确立"两个目标",坚持"三种理念",进行"四项教育",提高"五种能力",确定国防生心理素质培养的工作思路;积极探索教育内容,创新心理素质培养的教育途径;拓展教育形式,构建"四位一体"国防生培养模式,使国防生在校期间不断提高心理素质,成为合格的后备军官。
The basic principles to cultivate psychological quality of national defense students go as following： Taking reform as the driving force,focusing on one center,two goals,three ideas and four educations and developing five abilities.we should study education content and explore the approach and method of innovative education and develop a＂four-in-one＂ training model of national defense students in order to help them improve their psychological quality as qualified reserve officers.
