摘要
结合工作实践,通过改革实验内容、方法,实行实验装置微型化,"5R"原则下管理药品及仪器,无害化处理化学实验废弃物等举措,探讨了实验员在实验教学"绿色化"方面应具备的工作素养。
With doing some practice works,we should have the qualities of work and initiatives,through the reform of the experiment content,methods,and experimental device miniaturization,management of drugs and equipment under the principle of 5R,waste harmless dispose of chemical experiments and other measures discussed in the experimental teaching laboratory assistant ＂Green＂.
