摘要
气相色谱法测定微球制剂中二氯甲烷溶剂残留。采用顶空气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以水做为溶剂,外标法,色谱柱采用HP-INNOWAX(30 m×0.32 mm×0.23μm)色谱柱。样品中二氯甲烷均未超过质量标准所规定的限度(不超过样品质量的0.5%),经方法学验证,该方法简单、灵活、重现性好,可很好地控制本品中二氯甲烷的有机溶剂残留。
The dichloromethane residue in microsphere agent is tested by gas chromatography method.The headspace gas chromatography is applied with hydrogen flame ionization detector（FID） while water is used as solvent and HP-INNOWAX（30 m×0.32 mm×0.23 μm） as column.The dichloromethane residue in the samples does not exceed the standard（less than 0.5%）.It demonstrates that the method is simple,flexible and with good repeatability,which can be used to control dichloromethane residue in microsphere agent
