摘要
采用氨性醇提取法,经粉碎、抽提、过滤等工艺过程从甘草中提取甘草酸,并利用响应面试验设计考察提取温度、提取时间、氨水浓度、乙醇浓度4因素对甘草酸提取率的影响。结果表明,甘草酸的最佳提取条件是:提取温度为40.28℃,提取时间为5.84 h,氨水浓度为0.41%,乙醇浓度为16.78%。最优条件下粗甘草酸的提取率达到66.40%。
With ammoniacal alcohol extraction,glycyrrhizic acid is extracted from liquorice by powering,filtering and extracting.Some factors influencing the extraction such as temperature,time,ammonia content and ethanol contents are evaluated using the fractional factorial design.The optimum conditions for glycyrrhizic acid extraction are: temperature 40.28 ℃,time 5.84 h,ammonia content 0.41%,ethanol content 16.78%,the resulting glycyrrhizinate yield is up to 66.40%.
