壳聚糖制备固定化酶载体的方法探讨 被引量:6

STUDY ON THE METHODS OF PREPARING SUPPORT FROM CHITOSAN FOR ENZYME IMMOBILIZATION

摘要 以自制壳聚糖为材料,用戊二醛作交联剂,制备了四种不同形态用于固定化酶的载体,并通过对所制备的固定化木瓜蛋白酶特性的测定,进行了载体制备方法的比较。 Four different forms of supports for enzyme immobilization were prepared from chitosan,using glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent.In order to compare the preparing methods these supports were used to immobilize papain and the immobilized enzyme activity,activity recovery,storage stability and operation stability were examined.The results indicated that four of supports are good for enzyme immobilization and form(Ⅲ),form(Ⅳ) are the best in regard to their activity recovery and operation stability.
