摘要
本文通过对井形带筋精密平板和环形带筋精密平板的温度场分析,利用ANSYS仿真软件,对两种平板的热变形进行计算。仿真结果表明:环形带筋精密平板的抗热变形能力要强于井形平板,因此建议在基准平面设计时可优先考虑。
During the precision measuring and machining process,the change of temperature will cause the fluctuations of shape and size for the mechanical parts.This kind of thermal deformation will lead to lower accuracy of measurement and processing,and even affect the normal working performance of the machine.Precise flat is usually used as datum flat,whose flatness will change to a certain extent when environmental temperature deviates standard temperature,which will influence the benchmark accuracy.This paper analyses the temperature fields of well-shaped and ring-shaped precise flat,and uses the software ANSYS to calculate their thermal deformation.The result of the simulation indicates that the ability of anti-thermal deformation of ring-shaped precise flat is superior to that of well-shaped precise flat.So it is suggested that we can take precedence of ring-shaped precise falt when designing datum flat.
