摘要
在机械零件几何量精密测量中,传统上由温度引起的热变形误差大多数情况下需要修正(是基于材料线膨胀公式计算的)。然而,对于由机械加工获得的金属机械零件,必须考虑零件内存在的残余应力对热变形误差的影响。基于轴类零件,对表层残余应力引起的径向热变形误差计算进行了理论分析,其结果对径向热变形的精确计算具有重要意义。
In high accurate measurement on dimension parameters of mechanical parts, the thermal deformation caused by temperature is calculated based on the linear thermal expansion formula of material traditionally. However, for the metal mechanical parts which are processed by mechanical method, the influence of its inner residual stress on the thermal deformation error should be considered. Based on the mechanical part of spindle, the influence of the superficial residual stress on radical thermal deformation error is analyzed theoretically, and the deduced result is very important to the accurate calculation of the thermal deformation error.
