摘要
我国民族地区自然条件差，生态环境脆弱，交通、通讯、科技、教育落后，经济结构不合理，经济基础薄弱，严重制约民族地区经济的发展。为此，针对这些制约因素，民族地区应加强基础设施建设，改善自然条件，大力发展科技教育事业，并优化经济结构，建立优势产业，拳头产品，形成产业链和区域经济，国家应完善对民族地区的优惠政策，加大开发力度。
In most minority regions exist the following conditions:poverty of natural resources,ecological and enviromental fragility and a backward state of transportation. Existing economic structures are unreasonable and the economic foundation weak. All of the above greatly influence the development of minority regions economy. Facing these factors,minority regions should emphasize the building of infrastracture,improving enviromental condition and heavily promoting technology education under takings.Also of impontance one the improvement of economic structure and the rapid development of new industries and products.And the central government ought to enploy preferential policies for minority region, expanding development opportunities to accelerate economic development.
