摘要
将少量纳米级电气石粉体添加于锦纶,经熔融纺制成负氧离子锦纶异形纤维,并对该异形纤维的主要性能进行测定。结果显示:在相同电气石粉用量下,纤维的异形度大,比表面积大,则有利于纤维中纳米级电气石粉体释放负氧离子;有利于保持锦纶纤维原有的物理性能。
The oxygen anionic polyamide profiled fiber was produced through melting spinning process by adding oxygen anionic powder. The main properties of the profiled fiber were tested. The results showed that at the same content of oxygen anionic powder, the larger the degree of the fiber profile, the larger the specific surface area of the fiber, and it were beneficial to release the oxygen anions and keep the inherent mechanic properties of polyamide fiber.
