摘要
随着我省城市化和工业化步伐的加快,大量征用了农民的土地,并产生了为数众多的失地农民。之所以出现大量失地农民的原因,是多种制度、多重因素共同作用的结果。所以必须进一步完善农地产权立法,改进征地补偿工作,健全社会保障体系,积极拓展就业渠道,形成失地农民权益保障长效机制。
With the speeding up of urbanization and industrialization of our province,the land of a large number of farmers got requisition and produced a large number of landless peasants.The emergence of a large number of landless peasants has many reasons.It is the result of multiple factors and a variety of systems.Therefore,we must further improve the agricultural land property legislation to improve the levy compensation for work,a sound social security system,and actively expand employment channels,the formation of long-term mechanism to protect the interests of landless peasants.
