摘要
针对目前我国还没有单独的农村土地征收法律法规,现行农村土地制度安排导致农民土地权益受损,农村土地征收补偿制度背离于失地农民权益保障等情况,指出了我国农村土地征收法律制度亟待变革,提出了城市化背景下农村土地征收法律制度完善的具体措施。
There is no independent legal law and regulation of rural land expropriation in our country currently, so the present rural land system arrangement results in the loss of farmers＇land rights and interests, the separation of rural land expropriation compensation system from the guarantee of losing land farmers rights and interests. In view of this situation, it is pointed out that rural land expropriation system in our country needs corresponding reform urgently. Therefore, some concrete measures are put forward so as to improve rural land expropriation legal system under the background of urbanization.
