摘要
根据螺旋钻采煤机钻具稳定组合在采煤过程中的工作状态,以钻杆的质量最小为目标函数建立了参数优化模型,并利用Matlab软件的遗传算法优化工具箱进行编程求解。在优化结果基础上分析了钻具的稳定性及其对煤层的适应性,当2个稳定器间装有4节钻杆时,钻具的稳定性和对煤层的综合适应性较好。
According to drill stable combination of auger drill miner in the working conditions of coal miner process , take the minimum quality of drill as an objective function to establish the optimization model, and using the genetic algorithm optimize toolbox of Matlab software to solve it. The drill's stability and the adaptability to the coal seam on the basic of the optimization results was analyzed. The drill's stability and the adaptability to the coal seam is better when there 're four drills between two stabilizers.
