摘要
分析了钻具在钻进过程中跑偏的影响因素,通过受压钻杆力学模型的建立,说明稳定器的安装距离对钻杆的弯曲变形有较大影响,同时,可以通过模型确定稳定器的安装位置,实现钻具定向钻进的控制,并对钻杆连接器及稳定器进行了结构设计。
Analysis the main factors that affects the drill's infixing direction. Getting from the pressed drill stem's mechanical model, the install distance of the stabilizer has a larger influence to the bend distortion of the drill stem. At the same time, the model can be made use of to estimate the stabilizer installed position and to adjust the different infixed direction. The structure designs of the drill stem's linker and the stabilized organ are carried on.
