黔产白三叶草挥发性成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:2

GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Components on White Clover(Trifolium repens) Produced in Guizhou

摘要 为了研究黔产白三叶草的挥发性成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法和乙醚冷浸-水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取黔产白三叶草鲜花中的挥发性成分,并采用GC-MS技术分析挥发油的化学组成。结果表明:从水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油中检出23个成分,从冷浸-水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油中检出39个成分,在2种方法中含量较高且相同的挥发性成分有棕榈酸、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮和植醇;其余成分存在较大差异。同时发现,不同提取方法对白三叶草鲜花挥发油的组成及其含量有较大影响,白三叶草挥发油成分总离子流图谱可以作为质量控制依据。此外,结合前人研究成果分析,在开发利用三叶草挥发油资源时应考虑产地因素。 Steam distillation and simultaneous steam distillation extraction were applied to extract the volatile components from fresh flowers of white clover (Trifoliurn repens) and GC-MS was applied to analyze the chemical compound of volatile oil to study the volatile components in T. repens produced in Guizhou. Results showed that 39 components were identified in volatile oil by simultaneous steam distillation extraction, and 32 in steam distillation. The ones had higher and equal concentration in both way were palmitic acid, 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone and phytol, the others were quite different. The study also found that different extraction method had effect on component and concentration of volatile oil in fresh flowers, and electron flow image of volatile component could be used as reference for quality control. Additionally, based on the analysis of prior study achievements, factors of producing area should be concerned for the developing and utilization of volatile oil for T. repens.
