摘要
本研究以问卷测量方式探讨了人—环境适合在公务员主动性作用过程中的影响。研究结果表明:人-工作适合在主动性与工作满意度之间起调节作用;人-组织适合在主动性与组织公民行为之间起调节作用;人-环境适合的两个维度同时在主动性和工作满意度、组织公民行为之间起部分中介作用。
By Using questionnaires the study explored how proactive personality affected civil servants' job satisfaction and organizational citizenshipand found that: proactive personality had majon effects on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship; while person- environment congruence had both moderating and mediating effects on the relationship of civil servants' proactive personality, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship.
