射频消融技术在肝脏外科的应用进展 被引量：18

摘要 射频消融(RFA)技术近十年发展迅速,尤其在肝脏外科领域取得了较好的效果,应用范围越来越广。为了适应肝脏疾病治疗的需要、扩大消融范围,能量输出设备不断改进,大大增加了射频电流的传导范围,消融容积明显增加。为利用射频的热凝止血特性,在肝脏切除前做预切线的预凝,出现了双列线形射频电极和HabibTM4X射频,使肝脏切除术中出血大大减少。RFA技术在肝脏外科中的应用已不仅仅是对肝恶性肿瘤的治疗,而且已经延伸到对肝海绵状血管瘤、肝细粒棘球蚴病、肝癌破裂出血、闭合性肝外伤等的治疗中。辅助性预凝作为肝脏切除中的止血措施更是有着广泛的应用前景。
