2型糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉内膜中层厚度、血管内皮细胞损伤的相关性 被引量:6

Association of intima-media thickness of common carotid artery with homocysteine and endothelin in type 2 diabetes patients

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、血管内皮细胞损伤的关系。方法测定125例(T2DM组)及55例(正常对照组)空腹静脉血中血清HCY(采用酶联免疫吸附试验)、血浆内皮素1(ET-1)(采用放射免疫法RIA)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(超声测定)。结果T2DM组HCY为(16.3±3.7)μmol/L、ET-1(1.23±0.39)pg/ml、IMT(1.03±0.36)mm,均显著高于正常对照组。血清HCY与ET-1水平呈显著的正相关;HCY、ET-1及收缩压是影响糖尿病患者颈动脉IMT增厚的主要危险因素。结论联合检测血清HCY和ET-1水平可有助于判断T2DM患者大血管并发症的发生和发展。 Objective To explore the relationship between homocysteine(HCY),endothelin(ET-1)and intima-media thickness(IMT)of the patients with type 2 diabete mellitus(T2DM).Methods The serum levels of HCY and ET-1 were detected by ELISA and RIA methods in 125 subjects with T2DM(group T2DM)and 55 normal controls(group C).IMT was measured as well.Results The activities of serum HCY and ET were higher than those in group C.Serum HCY,ET-1 and IMT of group T2DM were(16.3±3.7)μmol/L,(1.23±0.39)pg/ml and(1.03±0.36)mm,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of group C.Serum level of HCY was positively correlated with that of ET-1.HCY,ET-1 and SBP were the independent risk factors for the increase of IMT in T2DM patients.Conclusion Combined examination of HCY and ET-1 is helpful to evaluate the development and progress of diabetic macrovascular diseases in early stage.
