摘要
以煤焦油中提取的蒽油为单体,苯甲醛为交联剂,在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下合成缩合多核芳烃(COPNA)树脂。采用FT-IR研究其反应机理;热重分析仪研究该COPNA树脂的热行为;环球法测定了该树脂的软化点;以及元素分析仪分析其元素组成。结果表明,蒽油能够与苯甲醛合成COPNA树脂,其反应机理为酸催化下的阳离子型缩聚反应;COPNA树脂具有较好的耐热性和炭收率。
The condensed polynuclear aromatic (COPNA) resin was synthesized using anthracene oil as monomer and benzaldehyde as cross-linking agent in the presence of p-toluene sulfonie acid. Reaction mechanism was studied using FT-IR. TGA was employed to study the themal behavior of COPNA resin. Furthermore, the softening point, coke yield, resin yield and elemental composition were also studied. The results show that the anthracene oil and benzaldehyde can be used to synthesize COPNA resin. The COPNA resin possesses good thermostability and high coke value. Moreover, the resin has good proeessablity and excellent bonding performance as well.
