肝外伤36例治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 我院自1999年有CT诊断水平以来共收治36例肝外伤,总结分析报告如下。临床资料1一般资料本次共收治肝外伤36例,男25例,女11例,年龄14～61岁。腹部开放性损伤5例,闭合性损伤31例;交通肇事29例,暴力击打与刀刺伤7例。按照美国创伤学会肝脏损伤分级标准分级,、级13例,级15例,级5例,级3例。合并肋骨骨折、血气胸4例,肾挫伤、腹膜后血肿2例,四肢骨折5例,膈肌破裂、脾破裂2例,颅脑损伤1例。手术29例,非手术7例,均为、级损伤,无明显出血者。
