MV3恶性黑素瘤皮肤体外模型中基质金属蛋白酶-2、9的表达 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着组织工程技术的研究进展,人们尝试用皮肤组织工程的方法体外重建肿瘤组织^[1]。因去表皮的真皮(de—epidermized dermis,DED)具有三维胶原结构,并含基底膜成分,符合肿瘤细胞在皮肤组织中生长的微环境^[2]。
