摘要
益生菌是一种通过改善肠道微生物平衡从而对宿主施加有益影响的微生物添加物,它们对机体有多种其它正常生理菌群无法比拟的生理作用。目前,国内外的益生菌制品种类繁多并形成了产业规模,尤其是日本和欧盟,在中国的发展也是日新月异。针对上述情况,对益生菌制剂的发展概况、工业化生产及应用等问题进行了综述,以期为我国进一步发展益生菌制品提供理论依据。
Probiotics is one kind of Microbial Additives,with improving the microbial balance in the intestines to exert beneficial effects on the host.They have a variety of physiological role,which the normal physiological flora can not compare with.Nowadays,there are kinds of probiotic products and the industrial scale have been formed already at home and abroad,especially,Japan and the European Union.In re-sponse to these circumstances,this article comprehensively overviewed the probiotics industrial production and the application of probiotics,with a view to provide a theoretical basis for our country further development of probiotic products.
