摘要
目的建立降糖类中成药及保健品中非法添加化学药品的快速检测方法。方法以HPLC法进行初步筛选。结果筛选出的阳性样品经确认为非法添加的样品。结论该方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,能对降糖类中成药及保健品非法添加化学药品进行快速筛选。
Objective To establish a HPLC rapid screening method for anti-diabetic traditional Chi- nese medicines and health products with illegally added chemicals. Methods Using HPLC methods to conduct the preliminary screening. Results The positive sample sieved out is comfirmed to be illicitly added chemicals. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and easy, and can screen the type of anti-diabetic traditional Chinese medicines and health products with illegally added chemicals.
