摘要
肉色香蘑 lepistairina (Fr)Bigelow .是一种优质的食用菌。本文首次对山西省管涔林区的肉色香蘑进行了生物学特性、矿质营养成分分析以及生物化学等方面的初步研究 ,经测定得知肉色香蘑子实体含有十分丰富的营养物质 ,是一种有待开发利用的食用菌资源。
A prelimary study on the Flesh-colour lepista (Lepista irina (Fr.) Bigelow) from Guamcen Moutain forest region in Shanxi had been made in this paper.The biolgical traits,the mineral nutrients and biochemistry were examined.The results idicated that the basidiocarp of Flesh-colour 1Lepista is rich in nutrients.So it would be anew resource of edible fungi that needs to be developed and utilzed in Shanxi Provice.
