重症患者营养疗法的临床分析

摘要 目的比较不同营养疗法对重症患者的治疗效果。方法将我院160例内科收治的重症患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者采用肠外营养(PN),观察组患者采用EN。结果经过营养支持,除TF外,观察组Hb、PA、ALB均显著高于对照组,观察组营养后PA、ALB显著高于营养前,观察组并发症例数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养支持对重症患者至关重要,EN有更好的代谢效应和营养效果,降低了营养支持的并发症发生率,减少了护理工作量,减低了医疗费用,患者容易接受,是重症患者首选的营养支持途径。 Objective Compare different nutritional therapy on critically ill patients treatment effect. Methods 160 cases of severe Medicine patients were were divided into observation group and control group in our hospital,control group patients were used PN,observation group patients were used EN. Results After nutri-tional support,In addition to TF,observation group patient’s Hb,PA,ALB were significantly higher than control group’s,observation group patient’s PA,ALB were significantly higher than nutrition ago,observation group com-plications were obviously lower than the control group’s,the difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05). Conclusion Nutrition support is essential on critically ill patients,EN have a better metabolic effects and nutri-tional effects,reduces the incidence of complications of nutritional support to reduce the nursing workload,reduced medical costs,patient easy to accept,is critically ill patients the preferred means of nutritional support.
