摘要
本文采用盆栽法 ,研究了四种不同土壤水分含量条件下小麦旗叶生理特性的变化规律。结果表明 ,土壤水分含量与小麦经济产量间呈极显著正相关 (r=0 9936 ) ,提高土壤水分含量能使灌浆中后期小麦旗叶叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和硝酸还原酶活性均得到提高。在土壤水分胁迫条件下 ,旗叶SOD活性显著降低 ,质膜透性明显加大 ,致使植株衰老加速。
In this paper, the effects of four different soil water content on the physiological action of the winter wheat flag leaf was studied by pot culture method. The result showed that there was a positive significant correlation between the soil water content and the economic yield of wheat (r=0.9936, p<0.01). The content of chlorophyll and soluable carbonhydrate and nitric acid reductase activity of the flag leaf in the middle and latter peroid of the filling stage were increased by raising the amount of soil water. The SOD activity was significantly decreased. the permeahility of plasma membrane became greater and the senility of the plant was fastened under the condition of soil water reduction.
