摘要
[目的]改进车前草中熊果酸的提取技术。[方法]采用纤维素酶法,通过单因素试验对车前草中熊果酸提取工艺进行探讨。[结果]酶法提取车前草中熊果酸的最佳条件为pH值5.0,酶用量5.0mg/g,酶解温度60℃,酶解时间2.5h。在此条件下车前草中熊果酸提取率达0.54%。[结论]该工艺路线较短,操作简单,提取率高,成本低,适合工业生产。
[Objective] The paper aimed to improve the extraction technology of ursolic acid in Plantago asiatica. [Method] The technology of extracting ursolic acid in plantago asiatica by Cellulase through single-factor experiment was studied. The results showed that the best experimental conditions as follows,pH value was 5.0,the amounts of cellulose was 5.0 mg/g,the enzymolysis temperature was 60 ℃ and the enzymolysis time was 2.5 h.The extraction rate of ursolic acid in plantago asiatica reached to 0.54% at this condition. [Conclusion] The technology was suitable for industrial production with the characteristics of shorter route,simple operation,low cost.
