富硒香菇多糖和富硒平菇多糖体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:19

Study on in Vitro Antioxidant Activities of Polysaccharide from Selenium-rich Shiitake Mushroom and Selenium-rich Oyster Mushroom

摘要 [目的]为富硒香菇和富硒平菇的进一步开发利用和天然保健品的研发提供参考。[方法]分别以富硒香菇和富硒平菇的子实体为材料,采用水提醇沉法提取其中的多糖,通过水杨酸法检测多糖对羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除作用。[结果]在50~250μg/ml范围内,富硒香菇多糖和富硒平菇多糖均具有一定的清除.OH和O2-.的能力,且随着多糖浓度的增加,其对.OH和O2-.的清除率上升;相同浓度富硒香菇多糖和富硒平菇多糖对.OH的清除能力与硒含量成正比,而相同浓度富硒香菇多糖对O2-.的清除效果明显好于富硒平菇多糖。[结论]富硒香菇多糖和富硒平菇多糖均具有较强的抗氧化活性,且其浓度与抗氧化活性具有一定的量效关系。 [Objective] The study was to provided the reference for further development and utilization of selenium-rich shiitake mushroom and selenium-rich oyster mushroom and the development of natural health products. [Method] With fruiting bodies of selenium-rich shiitake mushroom and selenium-rich oyster mushroom as the materials,the polysaccharide from them was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,and the scavenging effets of the extracted polysaccharide on ·OH and O2^-· were determined by salicylic acid method. [Result] In the range of 50-250 μg/ml,the polysaccharide from selenium-rich shiitake mushroom and selenium-rich oyster mushroom all had certain scavenging activitis on ·OH and O2^-·and their clearance rates on ·OH and O2^-·were increased with the increase of their concn.. The scavenging activities of polysaccharide from selenium-rich shiitake mushroom and selenium-rich oyster mushroom with the same concn. had proportional relation with their selenium content. The scavenging effet of polysaccharide from selenium-rich shiitake mushroom was better than that of polysaccharide from selenium-rich oyster mushroom with the same concn.. [Conclusion] The polysaccharide from selenium-rich shiitake mushroom and selenium-rich oyster mushroom all had stronger antioxidant activities,and their antioxidant activities had certain dose-effect relationship.
