摘要
[目的]研究石歧杂、琅琊鸡和鲁禽B2系就巢性和产蛋性能的关系。[方法]对山东省农业科学院家禽保存品种石歧杂、山东地方品种琅琊鸡和培育品系鲁禽B2系进行就巢表型观察和产蛋性能统计,利用SAS软件分析就巢性和产蛋性能的关系。[结果]3个品种都有不同程度的就巢表现,就巢率分别为15.8%、2.24%和6.95%;3个品种就巢鸡43周产蛋量比正常鸡分别减少17.16%、1.53%和10.8%;3个品种间就巢次数存在显著差异(P<0.05),就巢持续时间、首次就巢日龄、开产日龄、总畸形蛋数和双黄蛋数均存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。[结论]就巢性是影响产蛋性能的主要因素,3个品种中就巢性影响产蛋性能的程度从高到低依次为石歧杂,鲁禽B2和琅琊鸡。
[Objective] To study the relationship between the egg performance and broodiness of Shiqiza, Langya and Luqin B2 chickens. [Method] Total three different breeds of chicken were selected from the Shiqiza chickens（a breed preserved by Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences）, the Langya chickens（a local breed in Shangdong province） and the LuqinB2 chickens（a cultivated breed）,respectively. Then their broodiness traits were observed and numbers of egg were province analyzed with statistical analysis. Finally, the relationships between the egg performance and broodiness were analyzed by SAS software. [Result] The results showed that three breeds had broodiness to the different degrees, the broodiness ratio was 15.8 %, 2.24 % and 6.95%, respectively. The egg numbers of three breeds at 43 weeks decreased by 17.16%,1.53 % and 10.8 % compared with that of normal chickens. The degrees of broodiness between the three breeds had significant differences, and there were extreme significant differences in the duration of broodiness, the first day of broodiness, the age at the first egg, the number of abnormal eggs and the number of double-yolked eggs. [Conclusion] The broodiness has become a main factor which influences on the egg performance, the degree of effects from high to low is Shiqiza chicken, Luqin B2 chicken and Langya chicken.
