摘要
[目的]研究鸡血藤快速繁殖方法,为进行其人工栽培提供科学参考与技术依据。[方法]选择生根剂丰叶宝、吲哚丁酸和ABT1号生根粉作为扦插穗的化学促进剂;选择3个不同木质化程度的插条类型;选择河沙、泥炭土、珍珠岩进行单因素试验优选鸡血藤扦插繁殖技术。[结果]最佳条件为以300mg/L的ABT1号浸泡2h,选用具有2～3个芽体的木质化硬枝,于春季扦插于珍珠岩或砂壤质黄心土,其生根效果较好。[结论]鸡血藤扦插快繁可行性良好。
[Objective] The paper aimed to study the rapid propagation method of Spatholobus suberectus, which provided a reference and technical basis for its cultivating. [Method] Root stimulate Fengyebao, IBA, rooting powder ABT1 were chose as chemical enhancers of cutting slips; three different cutting types with different lignification degrees were chose; Sand, mud rock and perlite were chose for the study on the optimization of cutting propagation techniques of Spatholobus suberectus with single-factor test. [Result] The results showed that the optimum conditions of rooting effects as follows, dipping the lignified cutting kept 2-3 nodes in ABT1 300 mg/L for 2 hours and cutting in pearlite or yellow soil in spring.[Conclusion] The feasibility of cutting propagation of Spatholobus suberectus was good.
