摘要
对白桦嫩枝插穗用石蜡制片法进行解剖观察,结果表明,不定根的形成属皮部生根类型,不定根原基起源于维管形成层交叉处的维管射线细胞。愈伤组织内未见不定根原基,愈伤组织的产生对不定根的形成存在不利影响。
The anatomical observation on the softwood cutting of Betula platyphylla is carried out by the method of paraffin section.The result shows that the formation of adventitious root is the way of rooting which the root comes from periderm.The induced root primordia of the cuttings are initiated from the ray cell near the cambium.No root primordium has been found in the callus.The calli are disadventageous to the formation of the adventitious roots.
