摘要
针对高校教师绩效管理问题的有效性,结合发展型组织的特点,运用归纳法总结出了高校教师绩效的主要影响因素为个人因素、组织因素、工作因素和发展因素,并运用因果关系图分析了影响教师绩效的二级影响因素之间的相互关联,构建了基于发展型组织和平衡计分卡思想的绩效管理模型,指出发展是学校组织真正进步的不竭动力。
We combine developing organization characteristics in this paper and summarize the factors of constructing the performance management model are individual,organization,job and development.We apply the causality graph to analyze the association among the secondary factors that affect teacher performance,construct the performance model based on developing organization and BSC,and enhance the dynamic and effectiveness of university teacher performance management.
