摘要
针对固定资产的投资力度和经济转型城市的密切关系,借用生产函数模型并结合阜新经济发展的实际情况,从理论和实证两个方面研究了转型期阜新市投资与经济增长的关系,结果表明:随着固定资产投资力度的加大,阜新地区近几年经济增长速度相对放缓,在转型初期固定资产投资增加1%,GDP增加约0.89%,而中期仅为0.56%。提出了控制固定资产投资规模、调整投资结构、建立投资群等策略。研究结果对促进资源型城市转型具有指导意义。
This paper discusses the problems in increasing investment power and economic transformation in Fuxin and applies the model of production function to study the relationship between fixed asset investment and economic growth in accordance with the actual conditions.The results suggest that with the fixed asset investment increasing,the economic growth of Fuxin decreases relatively in recent years.Each percent increasing in fixed asset investment will make GDP increased by 0.89 percent at the preliminary stage.However,the number is 0.56 percent recently.Based on the above analysis,the countermeasures,such as controling the scale of fixed asset investment,restructuring the investment construction,setting up investment groups are put forward.This study results have important directive significance for economic transformation of resource-exhausted city.
