摘要
目前稻米脂肪含量低,满足不了人们对营养品质的需求。综述了稻米脂肪含量在经典数量遗传学和分子数量遗传学的研究进展,提出了稻米脂肪含量的改良途径,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议。
The fatcontent of rice is so low that it cannot meet people＇ s demand for nutritional quality. Overviewed the research progress of rice fat content in the quantitative genetics and molecular genetics research, propose ways to improve rice fat content. The suggestions for further researches were put forward.
