摘要
国际贸易与气候变化的关系是当前国际政治经济领域研究的热点问题。本文从以下三个方面对现有的有关研究文献进行了述评:1.贸易和贸易自由化对温室气体排放的影响,如:贸易活动在多大程度上影响温室气体的排放?贸易自由化是否会导致更多的排放量?这是有关文献研究的重点;2.国际贸易在减缓和适应气候变化中的作用;3.气候变化对国际贸易流动量和格局的影响。在此基础上,本文指出了进一步的研究方向,即研究多边贸易体制(特别是正在进行的多哈回合谈判)如何在减缓和应对气候变化中发挥更大的作用。
The relationship between international trade and climate change is a hot topic in todayg international political and economic research area. This paper reviews literature on this topic from three aspects ： 1. the effect of trade and trade liberalization on GHG emission ;2. the role of international trade in mitigation and adaptation of global climate change ;3. the effect of climate change on international trade flow and trade pattern. And this paper also points out further research in this area, that is how the multilateral trading system （especially the current Doha Agenda）plays a bigger role in miti- gation and adaptation of global climate change.
